Tell us the quantity of the item you wish to purchase and use the item code located next to each product listed in the catalog We will send you a confirmation of your order by fax. We will ship the goods upon receipt of your signed purchase order.

New - or - Seasonal - Items
We constantly add new products to our lines. Our customer service staff will be able to inform you about all "the News". For Seasonal campaigns like Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter…
we will publish season-specific leaflets. Do not hesitate to ask about them.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS, DHL or FedEx ground service unless otherwise specified at the time of order. If you require another carrier, please specify the carrier and your account number with them. Please check the content of your shipment against the enclosed packing list to ensure that you have received the correct items, and that your merchandise has arrived in good condition. Contact customer service right away if you notice any problem.

No return of goods will be accepted without a previous written authorization from
the Seller. A restocking fee will be charged.
